A Couple Shoot in Hues of Green and Gold

Zoha and Faz's Nikkah started off at Knox College in Toronto where we started with solo and couple portraits. Zoha was beautifully adorned in a bridal lehenga from Dulhan by Mischief, the white skirt contrasting with the emerald green top embellished with intricate gold details. Her dupatta was carefully draped and flowed flawlessly in photos making her a true South Asian bride. Zoha's jewelry was also carefully chosen to complement her lehenga, as well as floral jewelry that exuded soft elegance. Similarly, Faz's outfit was the essence of South Asian tradition, wearing an ivory white Sherwani, embellished in gold detailing along with an emerald green stole.

Their first look melted our hearts! Both eager to embrace one another and witness each other as bride and groom. These two complemented each other so well, their photographs truly show raw, unfiltered chemistry. Knox College was the ideal location for this couple, the historic architecture and iconic stone arches, along with dramatic corridors allowed for a regal vibe. Following the couple portraits, we made our way to Grand Cinnamon Banquet Hall in Toronto where the ceremony and reception took place. The venue decor was beautifully curated by @candela_celebrations with ivory florals and touches of green against golden arches. The stage decor, nikkah partition, cake, and table decor was decorated cohesively matching the theme with hues of ivory, cream, gold, and emerald green. Zoha's entrance was nothing short of grand, walking in hand in hand with her parents. Sparklers and fog enguled the venue making this entrance as stunning and radiant as Zoha herself. Making her way to the front to be seated opposite of Faz, the couple is separted by the partition moments before they are officially husband and wife. Family and friends listen attentively to the Imam give a speech expressing the bond between two souls. Highlighting the importance of marriage and bliss that comes from this sacred union. As "Qubool Hai" is said between the bride and groom, they both agree to be bound together and start their new journey as husband and wife.

Zoha and Faz stand side by side while they cut the cake and indulge in the sweetness comparable to the love they share.
